Reflecting on Lives Lived,
Coaching for Lives Ahead.
We’re a mother-daughter duo based in Hudson, NY — both certified life coaches, both longtime meaning-makers, both drawn to stories, memory, and change.
Lisa (mom) is a lifelong educator and literacy specialist. Caitie (daughter) has a PhD in psychology and a background in data science. We each came to life coaching in the aftermath of a profound loss — the death of Lisa’s husband and Caitie’s stepdad, Don Dolan. That grief cracked something open in both of us. Coaching became a way to be present with big feelings, with life transitions, and with the question of what it means to live meaningfully after loss.
Lisa now focuses on grief and anticipatory grief — working with people who are holding sorrow, softening around it, and figuring out how to carry it. Caitie offers life coaching and legacy services — helping people move through change, explore identity, and make meaning from what came before.
We’re rooted in Hudson, NY, where our family goes back generations. A place where we know the streets, the cemeteries, the old stories — and where we’ve built our lives, side by side. This work is personal. It’s local. And it’s built on love.
How we help
Support through major life transitions—becoming a parent, changing careers, stepping into a new chapter, or facing the unknown. We help you reconnect with your purpose, reflect on what matters most, and move forward with clarity. Coaching sessions are personalized, practical, and rooted in compassion and curiosity.
Whether you're grieving a recent loss, sitting with the slow ache of anticipatory grief, or navigating a more ambiguous goodbye, we offer space to process it all. Grief is not a problem to fix—it’s a natural, human experience. Together, we work gently with what’s present, honoring the love and pain that coexist.
We offer gravestone preservation services and custom obituary writing to honor those who have passed. Each gravestone is cleaned with care, and each obituary is crafted through interviews with loved ones to capture the essence of a life well lived. These services preserve memory and help families tell the stories that matter.
